Segwit did a lot to save block space, a few months back only 75% of the block space was being used. Because people are adding JPeg's and other data to these inputs it's jamming up the mempool. The block limit is 4 ** and a one Taproot input could take up the whole 4 **.

Crypto Exchanges don't want anything to do with trading securities. Too much paper work and legalities. Easier to leave all jurisdictions that call stablecoins a security.

Temporary problem and then business as usual since this can be fixed so easily. It's good to get all of this out of the way before the bull run. Definitely don't want this to happen in the middle of a big run.

1. it is Branded as the most known crypto
2. it is the platform the rest of the cryptos are built on and have tried to replicate
3. only 21M bitcoins will ever be produced
