Any chance your bank is a credit union or community bank?

In my experience with people complaining about slow card returns/refunds, it's credit unions that seem to take the longest. I assume it is because their sponsor banks look after them last.

You could call Coinbase, Philly, if ya get impatient. You definitely have a right to be impatient. Coinbase admits it was a mistake and that's good. But you bank account has been breached, so that becomes a moot point.

I called, waited an hour, and was very mad when I finally got to speak with a rep. You could dial the #, put the phone down, and do something else for about 50 minuets. When you come back to the phone, you should be close to talkin to someone.

Read the them riot act. This is not like a book having a controversy with a customer. This is a customer's bank account being breached. I told them I wanted my money returned immediately. They'll send you an email with a case #. Answer that email by telling them this is unacceptable and legal action will be forthcoming if this is not immediately rectified.

I heard a smart man once say: "There comes a time when patience ceases to be a virtue." GL brother.

They're not Better Business Bureau accredited. I would file a complaint at your state's Attorney Gerneral's office. They have, in an unauthorized way, debited you bank account. This is pretty cut and dry. They've been given ample time to rectify their error. I would make sure, first, that I called them. (Even if it means holding for 1 hr). You should have an email with a case #. If you don't have an email with a case # you gotta call them and get through. After that, they should give you an email with a case #. Respond immediately to that with a very bad disposition.

If they continue to give you "the run around", file that complaint and see what that office suggests to do.
