    Series A - Bet #1: D-Backs -1.5 over Orioles (+165) $177.10 to win $292.21

    14 losses in a row
    1 win out of 23
    13-42 (23.64%) overall
    -$1400 and some change

I am total shocked by my futility. Even with this horrendous run, if I somehow manage to win 3 in a row with at least +150 odds, I can make it all up. Even a great money management strategy like this can tank with results this bad.

It's because it's a money management system which is utterly useless if you don't have a system for making your picks is the first place. I tried to tell him. This thread is like a person who jumped off a tall building and for some reason I can't help but feel I can save that person. But it appears the jumper doesn't have interest in being saved.

Keel knows i been fading his picks..., even if his picks are just random...if it continues to fail .. then it continues to be profitable on the other side...

I am done making picks. I am out of money. Maybe I'll reload and be back with another system someday.

If somebody has a system for making their picks, it actually turns out to be random anyway. There maybe less than 1% of people who actually have a consistent edge. I choose what make sense to me and so does everyone else. They could have a page long write-up in favor of one side and someone else could have a page long write-up in favor of the other side. In the end, it is a totally bogus fallacy. Money management can save the day if your picks produce a certain win percentage.

My win percentage? 13-43 (23.21%) If I could have just been @ 40-45%, like normal, I would have made money. This was a prolonged bad run. I expected a smaller bad run from time to time but not this.

A page right up isn't a strategy. If you find a niche where all games played on sundays with a 4:17 start time have the dog profitable at +1.5, then that is a strategy. Something concrete to base the decisions on. I do agree most people just look at the games and then guess which team will win or lose.

I'm kinda all over your case, but I really do wish you the best of luck.
