in ATP, do players always elect to serve after winning cointoss?
Is it safe to assume that serving first is an advantage and winning coin toss is 95% of the time 'you serve first', or is there more depth to this?
Asking because I just noticed bet365 offering 'race to 2 (3,4,5)' games in the first set.
Price for Berrettini was 3.75 3.40 3.40 and 3.40 respectively.
Berrettini ML price was 3.1 to 3.3. Question to anyone watching this player or this tournament: have you ever seen Berrettini or other player in Rome win cointoss and NOT elect to serve first?
