I partly disagree with your opinion but have great respect for it as your previews are well on the money.
While Murray has one eye on Davis Cup I think he will account for Ferrer comfortably.
Yes Ferrer has won some titles and on indoor hard but his record against the best guys outside of clay is usually pretty poor. And usually the guys sort of floating outside the top 10 and outside that he is pretty good.
With that said so going back to my point about his shaky record against the best, he has qualified only twice in this format in 2007 with inferior competition and 2011 when we all know Novak checked out mentally after he was hurt in the Davis cup when he shouldn't have played and Murray then was replaced by tipsarevic.
That said his form is good so BOL to you.

I also think Stan will account for Nadal again. Was impressed with him against Djokovic and nadal can't handle his deep shots. He just needs more pts off his serve as Nadal and Djokovic punish you more then anyone when you don't get first serves in
    Bol either way

The part about being right on the money is hard to judge b/c nobody keeps a track of these picks. The previews are nice and contain interesting info, but it seems like MGT is hitting at about 50% level. GL.

52.4 is the magic number :P
Tennis I suppose is different because it's not a team sport where tanking is rewarded but I can respect an opinion if someone knows what they are talking about
Unfortunately we get it wrong from time to time

First of all thanks for your feedback. The main goal on these previews is to provide an analysis on the matches as well as some "match trends". We indicate one bet where we try to take advantage of the value in a certain player, but there are several approaches that can be done in order to extract value from a player.

Before the next season we'll provide some articles and one of them will contain several ways to explore value on the underdog.

Best of luck to you too!

Thanks. Don't think I have seen Ferrer serve as badly as he did today, seemed to have a few awkward ball tossing issues as well as the serve.
Not that impressive from Murray and it wasn't as comfortably as I thought but he would be happy he didn't spend a lot of time on court.

Ferrer clearly struggling with his serve with 7 double faults. Far from brilliant performance from Murray, as he predicted, but Ferrer just unable to hold the break lead on second set. On this match the +4 spread was indeed better than the set handicap, but once again a demonstration of the power of spliting the bets when playing the underdogs. The wins and losses will be smaller which reduces the long term variance and that is very good for the bettor.

Good call. Berdych tightened up when he got close to winning the set then lost his concentration when serving.
Being the mental midget he is and a bit of a confidence boost from Kei I do expect him to get the job done

Never yell good call before the match is over.

Now, you can say good call. Both players are about as mentally unstable as Angelique Kerber.

Thanks guys. Well imo the outcome of a bet is not representative of the quality of it. You have several winning bets that are bad bets and losing bets that are good ones.

If Nishikori had lost the match after leading 7 - 5 2 - 0 I would consider a good bet even if it was lost. As you know for sure, betting is a marathon and a long-term thinking is the only way to be succeeded.

Hah yeah very bad on my part
Kei was incredibly trashy giving up a set he should have won
Got nervous and like you said as mental midget as Berdych was in the first set

I agree, with that second spot up for grabs I think Novak will want to take care of business quickly and gear up for the Semi Finals.

Hmm, I am not sure I want to fade Murray outright. The Davis Cup is still a week away, and I think he would not mind making it to the semis, to face Feds. I think it will be a 3-setter, at least I hope so. GL.

Actually, I think Ferrer might get a set off Nadal tomorrow. It is tough to go out w/out winning a single set, and it is also tough to really be 100% engaged in a rather meaningless match.

Tommorow is such a tough pick
Nadal and Ferrer like you said is not worth touching
But Nadal is the type to tank to avoid Djokovic and Federer
    Look at Shanghai against Tsonga
If he wins the group he plays Novak
But I think it would have to be a heavy loss to be considered for second spot so probably not worth considering
Wouldn't take a big line on it

Do agree that Murray and Stan can go three, Both inconsistent

I do not get your point about Nadal tanking to avoid Djoker and Feds: he is guaranteed to finish in the 1st place in his group, and he will be meeting Djoker in the semis. Looks like he is tanking today though, to save some energy for tomorrow.

I do not understand why Nadal is trying to win this match. He will not have much left in the tank for his match against Djoker tomorrow.

Very solid performance from Djokovic to end the season as the ATP World Tour Finals champion!

Roger's backhand is clearly too inconsistent and Djokovic took advantage of that on baseline rallies. When the Serbian is fully motivated and playing in slower courts there isn't much Federer can do to defeat him, but still he's the player who can create more problems to Djokovic on tour (currently).

Nadal has been raising his level in past months and lets wait to see how he performs in 2016.
