I heard he signed a contract, he won't play any more when you stop posting non-sense.

Some people actually enjoy what they do for their careers jackwagon and enjoy it whether they win the big matches or not in the twilight of their careers.

Now if you want to sign that contract let me know, I have a contact in Switzerland + notary on stand-by.

Would you retire if you did a sport you love and still winning titles?

There comes a time with a great players that pride must get involved let's see how the rest of the season plays out but if he keeps losing in quarterfinals it's time to hang it up

Federer is still capable of winning all players except Djokovic and mayby Murray. He has rank 2 which gives her good position to reach to the final or win if djoko isnt involved

Well said brodie. Agree with rudeboy too - @ 6.50ish he represents decent value for wimbledon #8 & overtake sampras in the process imo.

Federer wants to play in the Olympics in 2016 in Rio. The gold medal is the only thing he doesn't have.

It's always hard for the all-time greats to know when it's time to retire. See Ali, MJ. And it's not like Federer is playing the challenger tour. He's still competing at a high level. He made a final less than a year ago. He had a ridiculous run in his prime, so we're always going to compare him to when he was playing at an unbelievable level. He loves the game. He's obviously not doing it for money, that's preposterous.

I'm sure he'll retire in the next couple of years. He has 2 toddlers he wants to see grow up.

He needs arm strength, really that is all he's lacking.

Fed might figure get deep and hope some of the big guns get beat but that rarely happens in tennis the last 10 years

I know clay not his best surface
