Fagnini is a great entertainer and well known fixer, he made it a little too obviously today

broken at love serving for the set twice, watch the replays of the 2 tiebreakers, nice double fault to end the match

the crowd was bothering Fognini at close range.
the calls were also favoring Pouille.
Still no excuses he is weak mentally.
I knew that but still thought he would win.
Just avoid him from now on, get it back.
He deserves the reputation he has.
    was up 4-1 and choked.

good run Lucas Pouille, but Fedex is going to stomp you in straights sets in the round of 16

facing a French player in Paris, still don't get it, unless he's claiming they were making noise during points? I watched the last few games and I didn't hear that happen.

I bet the French media will have articles about this. Quite a display from Fognini.

    LOL

I don't care that he's ranked much higher. Fognini was an underdog. Not a shockk exit. He actually opened as an underdog so it's not like there were shady betting patterns.

Fognini says to Bernades : you have to say you made a mistakes on 7 all tie-break. Finally Carlos shakes hand with Fognini

Fognini is not happy about ... something. Smashed his racquet before DF-ing on match point.

they were making noise to distract him. Fognini at one point got in a verbal
argument with a member of the audience.
still, no excuse..... guy is unbettable. up 4-1 in 2nd set.

Hes been unbettable for months, hence the Pouille being the favorite.

Yeah, Fognini is a guy I avoid regardless of the odds...he is a great tennis talent, but he's an extreme head case who gets down emotionally when things aren't going well

    all true matt
    guess i couldn't resist.
    getting it back now anyway.

look at the crowd for this match Monfils/Isner. all quiet and respectable.
    nothing like what Fognini faced.
