    gulbis bandwagon: futures

doesn't look like his futures have changed despite this year's french open success. 66:1 wimbledon and 100:1 US open on bovada. if you are on gulbis' jock, surely you like these futures? just sayin. usually a guy's futures will change dramatically after big slam success (see: stan). hasn't happened yet for gulbs.

give gulbis 0% shot at either. unless the guy miraculously fixes all his problems in a short span of time. he was fortunately to get to the semis

You cannot compare a SF run with a convincing Aus Open win by Wawa (afaik he beat both Nadal and Djoker there, no ?).

There's no reason for the futures to change. Different surface, so books won't put any weight behind it. And it's Gulbis, the guy easily could go out in the first round at Wimbledon. The only thing that would change his price dramatically would be success on grass prior to Wimbledon or someone throwing a load of cash on him. Grass has never been a good surface for him though, so I doubt anything is going to change at all.

He said he tasted the big time and now he's addicted. He said there isn't a reason to celebrate because he didn't win it all. It's Gulbis tho. He's always ready to disappoint.
