    Ok so I went and did some quick research on this and came to the conclusion that I also smell an upset.

    Here's what I figured out

    Their only encounter on clay ATP Monte-Calo 2010 Kohlschreiber beat Murray 6-2,6-1

    Kohlshrieber has recently gone from rank 29 to rank 24

    Kohlschrieber is 11-5 this year on clay, 16-9 last year on clay.

    Kohlschreiber won 6 out of 8 break point conversion points against D. Istomin last match.

    At least I will say this, at 2.80 Kohlschreiber is great value.

    Kohl fights against players like Novak (on clay) and Nadal (on hard and grass), he does not get swept. Kohl +2.5 sets @1.35 is a solid bet

    Murray isn't very good on clay but doesn't lose to players outside the top 10 in slams much if at all, he's never lost to a player ranked as lowly as Kohli in a slam but you can never trust Murray on clay i see this as a 4 or 5 set mugathon.

    Murray knows he has no chance to win the French on his weakest surface this is just about getting some ranking points and staying healthy for Wimbledon where he will have a great chance to retain his title.

    This smells like one of those matches where Murray plays terribly and wins in 5.

    Kohl is in incredible form lately while Murray has always been pretty inconsistent on the clay, he could go toe to toe against Nadal or he could simply get decimated by Giraldo. Value lies with Kohl and i gonna go with him.

    It doesn't matter what it was (I also don't know!). He'll be injected full of every painkiller imaginable for the match tomorrow so if you like him to win, jump on. Don't worry about what you saw today... this break benefits him much more than Kohli. Not saying he'll win but Murray will be loving this time to rest and get doped up. Plus of course the cardinal rule of live betting - if you can grab the favourite for better odds than they were pre match, grab it. They're the fave for a reason.

    It's cramps/muscle fatigue he was getting massaged at the change of ends but never took a medical timeout, no way would Murray risk missing Wimbledon on his best surface to play injured at a tournament where he has almost no chance to win.
