    Muguruza/Stosur

    Muguruza-Blanco +130

I'll take the rising star vs the fading P.E.D. user, not going to let the Cibulkova beat down by Stosur fool me, she been inconsistent all year.

Mugz has been struggling on clay lately, though.

Stosur's form is hard to read.

The inferior players that have beaten her were running hot when they did. Zakapalova in Australia, Beck and Cepelova in the middle East. Stosur is Safarova's and Pennetta's bunny and Cibulkova is hers, the midget needs a step ladder to reach Sam's serve. Only real bad loss is the one first up in Portugal after flying half way around the world from the US to Australia for Fed Cup then back to Europe.

I'd say a slight overreaction to Stosur's win against Cibulkova, for reasons outlined above, but would like to see Mugs drift further to think about backing her. The altitude in Madrid suits Stosur.

Cibulkova also had knee injury, and if I am not mistaken, she had not play on red clay this year?

Yup, I need better value to back mugz.
