Reasoning behind this:
Berdych is playing exceptionally well right now, maybe thanks to his new trainer, maybe grinding into hope for that first grandslam win that would help him being recognized as more than just super stanble TOP-8 player. Most probably both. He is generating enormous pace.
On the other hand, Nadal coming after the injury, or injury+surgery, had a rusty start to the season and to the start of the AO as well. He is not so reliable win-generator at the moment. There are many questions about his performance recently.
That is why the odds are what they are.
As much as I would like Berdych to win, I don´t think it will happen. The above is reasoning, but Berdych being unable to win in last 17 or so encounters will hang over him too much I think. Berdych doesn´t play well enough against better placed opponents, maybe except Federer. He lost too many times to Djokovic/Nadal to see it happening now in Grand Slam best of 5 sets.
I think he will take a set (second or third I guess) from Nadal, hang in a couple of close ones, then fail.
