Kohlschreiber had some opportunities versus Isner in Toronto, and Baker has just had a pathetic year.

I think Kohli cruises, Baker has yet to win a match on hardcourts this summer and his baseline game is just abysmal. Kohlschreiber should get this done in 2 unless he has a serious let down
