Finding official start time for tennis match

I placed a wager on D Young last night at 9:39PM pacific. When i switched over to video (within a minute) Young was down 1-0 already to Russel and was trying to save his Third Break point on his own serve. That means while I was placing the wager Young was down a break point and a game in a best of 3 set match. This is a huge swing in odds and my wager should be considered past post and canceled (the bet lost). My book was closed at the time so I sent them an e-mail. No idea if they are going to honor this, but if I find an official start time somewhere it would go a long way in them canceling the wager. I'm assuming the game started around 9:30 PM or EARLIER based on where the game was when I tuned in.

Yes yes I know I'm stupid and should have known that the tennis match had already started. But that's not the point.

    Any help would be appreciated.

If they accepted your bet, they should honor it period......unless it was an obvious line error.
