    on the automated phone service, they say sending funds for any gambling related sevice is illegal and when i go to a location, they write ur id down. if it is illegal why do all the books love funds from there?

    When you send in person and they ask for an ID go somewhere else then. Most places do not require an ID to send money. The reason books like it is due to the fact that ** and the Gov't would have to prove that you are actually sending money for gambling purposes. It may seem obvious on paper when someone sends a bunch of money to Columbia or the phillipinnes but frankly it's damn near impossible for them to prove.

    Find a ** at a small mom and pop store...They won't grill you for ID like a major check cashing store might

    Keep all funds sent and received under 1000 and no alarm bells will go off

    I would imagine they "have to" say that they cant accept gambling transactions, but at the same time, they make a ton of money off of them so Im sure they turn a blind eye to it
