Intertops Casino Craps software voids +EV bet

Playing real money craps..Bet $35 on no pass..roll comes out 5...5 is now the point..no additional wagers next roll is 6. No additional wagers and the roll comes out 9. Now I dont have enough left in money on the table to make any other bets that I want. I decide to get more money. I hit the cashier button.

Takes me to the cashier..I transfer more to casino account. I exit cashier, and it brings me back to crap table. The point has been wiped out and the bet returned. It has started clean. Now I am angry because the program voided a positive ev bet for me. I have six rolls to make my money and only 4 rolls that make the point and I lose the wager.

I have asked and recieved the casino logs from Intertops. I have been able to reproduce this glitch in fun mode also recording it on my laptop in a video file.

What would be a reasonable expectation/return for this +EV voided bet?

Also I probably have encountered this glitch in the past (because I transfer from cashier to casino quite often because I dont start with a lot on the table-a precaution)...each time it voids the point on a "no pass" bet it gives the house even more of an advantage.

What if anything should I expect from this?

I have the video reproducing this and the logs from intertops showing the bet disappearing.

Intertops says its contacting software manufacturer about this.

I am constantly puzzled why people play casino games online at all.
Surely you realise you can't expect to win in the long term?
I don't mind a bit of blackjack and craps at a real casino with mates for a bit of fun but playing online?
    What am I missing?

btw - sounds like you have a good case .. file a complaint with SBR or the relevant local authority (if any)

Sounds like a glitch where whenever you go to cashier it suspends/cancels the open game rather than anything untowards.

If as you say intertops are looking into it, give them a chance to make it right before using the nuclear option via SBR

I could understand the glitch if it happens both ways. Say if I had a bet on the pass line, and I go to the cashier. Come back and the action is cancelled but thats not the case (House has ev advantage and the software remembers that). It happens on the "no pass" bet because the player has the +EV advantage at that point. If the bet is on the pass line, the system not only remembers it but a little window pops up saying that the action is continued. I found this out after the no pass happened. Played around in fun mode afterwards and was able to repeat the glitch all the time.

This sounds fishy to me. Any card game will resume if you leave in the middle of a hand even if its a month later depending on the software. I think some casinos set it up where the hands/games expire after a certain time period. But bonus rounds in slots continue, blackjack hands continue double ups in VP continue so why wouldn't the craps play?

The craps game will resume with the bet intact if the bet was on the pass line. The bet will stay on the pass line with the point intact.
If the bet was on the "no pass" line, the bet is voided and removed from the table. The point is gone, and the game starts with the next roll establishing a new point. I have the log from a specfic 35.00 bet and videos of this happening in fun money mode as I will not play for real money til this is resolved.

Removing the bet when the bet has positive expectation is an issue that irks me.

Please use full screen mode to see everything clearly.

Here is the video of this happening

    Action break down

Balance 963 Wager3 on pass line. Balance 960 Roll is 7. won bet. Balance 966

Balance 966 Wager 3 on pass line. balance 963. Roll and point is 5. Next roll is 8. Play is interupted to go to cashier. Play resumed. Window pops up saying past bet is enforced. Balance is at 963 still. Next roll is a 7. Wager lost. Balance is 963.

Balance 963 Wager 3 on "no pass" line. Balance is 960. Roll and the point is 6. Next roll is a 10. No effect on the wager. Play is interrupted to go to cashier. Play resumed. Wager is voided...point is eliminated and the balance is back at 963.

I have the logs to show this in craps in real money play. I caught it on a voided $35.00 wager but who knows how many times before this had occured.

    Wow.. Clear video proof

Realtime Gaming (casino software provider) has been around for ages. I'm pretty surprised this kind of glitch exists.

You could try posting about this on casinomeister.com. Intertops is one of his "Accredited" casinos and their is an Intertops rep that posts there. You can contact him here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ichlposch.html

Umm yes you can win long term and get plenty of +EV with the right bonus. Online casinos are easy money if you know what to look for.
