    Terms and Conditions apply
Well shortly after I received this email I received 5 emails with this exact promotion except with different promotion codes.

I tried the first code and of course my account was credited the $100 as outlined in the promotion! Wooohooo a free $100 to take oddsmaker for some more of their money! Ok so I thought their system would not allow me to use a different promotion code for the same promotion under my account because I just registered the promotion???? Well wooohoooo again their system let me load up all 6 email promotions into my account so now I had $600 to help me win and take free money from oddsfakers.com! Long story short I ran the $600 up to
$1600 today. If you click on the link that came in the email for "terms and conditions" of the promotion it takes you to their general information page on their website. Knowhere can you find specific information or rollover information about this promotion so I jumped on the instant chat session with an oddsmaker customer service rep and proceeded to ask him what the rollover was on the promotion in order to cash out. The customer service rep told me to hold while he looked into this for me. The next thing I know my chat session was dissconected and when I went to log back into my oddsmaker account my account balance was reset to $100 and I no longer had my full balance in the account. I made a phone call to customer service imedietly and asked what was going on and they told me that because I used duplicate promotions that my winnings were void and my account has been reset? I asked to see the terms of this in writing and they refused to talk with me anymore and told me my account has been reset and that is final.

I did find out that the rollover is 15x on the promotion.

Does anyone know if there is any action that can be taken on this fraud?

Beware!!!! they send you multiple emails on purpose in hopes that you do use all of the individual codes and if you win this is an excuse for them to renig your winnings. My gues is that if I would have only used one of the promo codes and rolled it over 15x they would still come up with some bulls#*&*t reason to not pay you.

ODDSMAKER.COM if you are going to claim that your computer system sent out multiple promotional codes and then allows me to login and use all of the codes then I should be able to use them. It is very simple to have your software system reject the other 5 promtional codes based on the fact that I had already registered that promotion and used it. This is fraud through and through!

Any help with filing a complaint against oddsmaker would be appreciated and only use one of the promo email codes if you get multiples in your account! Thx guys

You really don't think you committed fraud? IMO, you have no case.

Here is my point and I understand why you guys are thinking the sportsbook should be in favor. If you received more than one promotion in your emial and this was a no obligation too good to be true promotion you would register all of them if you could right? This being said if you could not find any terms and conditions that tell you that it is wrong for you to do so and oddsmaker.com software allowed your login information to use all 6 codes. My point is that oddsmaker does not have any terms and conditions for this specific promotion and they deliberately send multiple emails in hopes that the customer does register more than one promo code so they have the option to pull your winnings on that excuse. I have never had the option on any other website to register a promotional code more than once and keep getting credit in my account for the codes. When I mean registering a promo I am not using the same code I used these 6 codes which were generated and valid codes from oddsmaker.com

    promo code: WB1000VQJTY
    promo code: WB10002RQYD
    promo code: WB1001OTVSE
    promo code: WB10014V4IQ
    promo code: WB100IQZSM6
    promo code: WB1001JEQQ1

As you can see this to me is 6 separate promotion codes so why should I not try and use them? It is their fault for having a screwed up software program that would let me register all of these promotional codes under one user name account and once again not have anything in writing that says it was not valid for me to use all of them.

All I am saying is that I am glad I did not have any real money in the account at the time because they would have pulled those funds along with the rest of my winnings and I would be shit out of luck. I quit using oddsmaker months ago after I won a good chunk of change and tried to cash out. It was the worst most screwed up experience ever trying to get a pay check from this company. They are constantly up to no good and doing shady things. Stay away from oddsmaker.com or risk them stealing your money!

Oddsmaker is a shady Book, but their rules clearly state that promos can't be combined (see bullet points #6 and #7):

Free $100 Specific Terms and Conditions

Please note that if you wager bonus money on parlays or teasers, you will be disqualified from the promotion and winnings will be voided.

    • In order to participate, you must register an account entering your unique promotion code/number.
    • Bonus money cannot be played on or transferred to our multi-table poker room.
    • All sportsbook wager types other than parlays or teasers are permitted when wagering under this promotion.
    • The Bonus money must be wagered 10 times and the account balance must be brought up to a minimum of $1500. Only the winnings above $1500 can be withdrawn. The maximum amount that you can withdraw is $1000.
    • The promotion concludes once a withdrawal is requested, the remaining balance will then be removed from your account during the withdrawal process.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any deposits or other promotional offers. Once you have concluded with this promotion, you are still eligible to claim initial deposit bonuses!
    • Persons who have already claimed the free $100 promotion (or similar bonus) are not eligible to claim it again.
    • General Terms and Conditions will also apply.
    • To be eligible for this promotion, you cannot be an existing member of OddsMaker.com nor have an account with oddsmaker.com

HedgeHog this is not the correct promotion. I am not sure if you work for Oddsmaker or why you are trying to defend them but the promotion I received was not for $100 new members only. I once used oddsmaker and took them for a good amount of money cashed out and never came back to their site. The promotion I received was a bribe to get me to come back and use their system. I was told that the rollover on my promotion is 15x and not 10 as your reads and the promo I used does not state you have to be a new member. Here is the promo I received in my email.

See the words "Terms and Conditions apply" at the end of their promotion well that is a link to a webpage but whey you click on it in the email it does not provide you with any information of the terms and conditions of the promotion it simply takes you to their terms and conditions section of their website. Once you are in that section nowhere is there any terms for this promo!

The customer service department could not provide me with terms and conditions for the promotion I received. I would love to see something in black and white that specifically outlines the promotion I received. As of yet oddsmaker can't provide me with one. They are just saying what I did was not valid and they pulled my winnings. This promo was simply a setup in hopes that users will use more than one promo code so they have a default if you win. It is very simple for software to only allow one promotional code per promotion. It should have been set up so that when I tried to log in and register the second promotional code the software should not have let me register the code and let me know that I have already used this promotion. That is normal policy and procedures with any business promotions.

I would bet that if you would log into the link listed above and use your user name and try one of those promotional codes your account would be loaded up with $100 big ones as well.

No Bozo, I don't work for that shit Book you play at, but common sense would tell me you can't combine multiple promos. Complain all you want, but you'll find no sympathy here. You tried to defraud them and got caught...move on.

In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual. The only fraud I see being committed here is the intent for oddsmaker to hope I would take their bait and deposit more real money into my account in hopes that some day I would try to make a withdrawal and then they would have told me all of the same BS based on the rules of the promo, and would have taken away my real money deposit along with the promo funds. If I am provided with a link to use a promotion I am going to use it. It should be up to the business to make sure they have their shit together so that someone is not able to use 6 of the same promotions and then act like I am supposed to know all of their rules. I am not expecting any money back from oddsmaker just stating this shady scam they have going on. They left me with $100 of credit to start this all over again and when I run that 15x and cash out another $3k they can kiss my white keyster!

If your gonna to try and screw a book over with bonuses, sportsbook-affiliated books are not a good idea. They will catch it in no time and have shown time and time again that they WILL confiscate your money.

I'm glad you paid, but I wouldn't count on it going forward. They stiffed 100's of thousands of dollars this year, starting around January. "You're a pro. If you're a pro, we are entitled to seize your entire balance. Our decision is final."
