usually one ID with photo. often need another proof of address too eg utility bill, credit card or bank statement etc. some books especially australian need them to be signed/witnessed by a 3rd party eg doctor etc

I have a folder with scans for online gaming ID info. I update the bank one and cell phone one every three months or so.

Passport + bank statement + cell phone bill + any form they have = fine

I always send BEFORE I request a payout, so that it is on file, and they can't play that shit.

ID and a utility bill. If I deposit with a CC or DC then also they wan't a scan of that as well. That is usually sufficient.

They usually ask you for an ID, sometimes a passport, utility bill with your name and address, and also the picture of the credit card you are trying to use to deposit, it has happen to me, i had to grab my phone and take a photos of my driving license next to my credit card to get my deposit and limits incremented.

Obviously like everything in the internet, i keep track of where i use my cc and so on, so i can know if i need to do a ********** or something, but so far everything has been ok.

I would say its pretty normal.
