    They could bring up Euro Hockey and Basketball together with Tennis.
    If they do so in my opinion they would be the best US sportsbook.

    I don't know, it's better than nothing I guess, but how many people actually have ever gotten a referral bonus? Other than that, you can only get cash back on losses if your a MVP or Hall of Famer. I'd much prefer a % of total action than cash back on losses.
