I am sick of the shady bonus rules, bad customer service, harassing phone calls....here is my latest experience with them. I deposited $50 twice in a day totaling $100...all I was asking was sportsbook bonus for the deposits I made....but they have shady bonus rules which keep changing. Here is the manner in which they treat customers...I have deposited several thousands in this book and I am a platinum member here and this is the way they treat me....I am done with this book.

well thats the problem dude, when u want to take advantage of a bonus u shud know the terms and condition etc, etc. I think the CS is pretty polite and professional but i can underside the side of the book of this one as you stated that you initially deposited 50 and another 50 thereafter. I guess you shouldnt worry with a 25 percent($25) bonus when u already deposited $1000000 on this book LOL

Why not just send one lump sum?

No offense but this is the reason transaction fees are so high because the books (especially one like Bookmaker) are really not too enthusiastic about processing 30 $50 transactions with a player per month and they try to deter this with high withdrawal fees and by rewarding players who deposit larger amounts per deposit with bonuses.

if 2 $50 dollar deposits in a day equals 100 dollars deposit...i guess 6 in a week should qualify you for the 300$ and up bonus also. maybe you will have more luck if you check in to that.

when I first started reading I was expecting rudeness from the book or something; but no, they we courteous.

and they followed the rules. pretty sure this policy is spelled out on the site.

no offense to the OP, but in general a demanding customer who insists on having the rules bent for him is.. well, a pain in the butt. Customers who think they are special snowflakes are probably delusional, especially if the dispute is over two digit freeplay.

book to book transfers a bargain basement price of only $300 if you're looking to cash out.

Nothing like a reasonable book offering reasonable prices for its customers.

But then again, why would you want to leave such a reasonable book?

Bookmaker does not cater to smaller players, so I'm not surprised with their inflexibility here. BTW, their B2B transfer fees are horrible--highest in the industry.

It's probably a program that does it automatically for him. The same way I can't give a 15% discount on an item at the store I work out without scanning a coupon. I'm not allowed to over ride it.

Like Hedgehog said when people say that Bookmaker is one of the best books in the business they mean for players with large balances who are likely to get limited at other shops. Bookmaker is not such a great book for guys with a $100 bankroll and they could careless about your business.

I suggest that the OP take his little peanut shells to a recreational book.

I honestly don't have a problem with the book in this spot. I know it is nickel and dime stuff but its the same thing on your end as well. Some one said that since you have been a loyal customer they should have made an exception this time. It certainly wouldn't be bad customer service to bend a rule here or there and keep the players happy. stopped playing there a long time ago - after a $200 fee for a b2b. so what the rules say no bonus. even if it is clear it must be in 1 deposit over $100 for bonus. just give him the $25 frreplay. just common sense to keep customers happy. try another book. like you said, who needs them. books with this attitude towards thier customers should be run out of business.

I agree with this, and there's nothing wrong with the CS. They were very polite, even towards a customer who was flying off the handle.

there are many other books that would have added the two $50 deposits and given him the dam bonus with a rollover.
