My http://betway.com/ account was re-opened the 2.dec.2010, 16 days after (16.nov.2010) it was permanently blocked for lifetime, something BetWay also confirmed to me that it was via their live chat: "without the ability to open it again". Not long afterwards, however they did re-open the account. Probly because they saw that I was a customer who had lost a lot of money with them.

I want back my around $ 2000 (11500 norwegian crowns) deposit money, that I did, after Betway did re-open my permanently blocked account. Betway was not allowed to re-open an permanent blocked account, whatever the reason was.

Betway have to be responsible for their own rules, and should take another look at the case and reverse its decision to pay me compensation. Anyway Betway refuse to take another look on the case.

Stay away from betway, unforunately, we can not rely on the company.

I have made complaint today to http://www.ecogra.com/ about the chase. I told betway about it, and not long after that, I received the following reply from Ecogra:

"Thank you for your email.

I will be out of the office until Monday the 13th of December 2010 with limited access to emails.

I find it strange, that a company that suppost to be seriouse and large, and have responsible for many gambling companies, could just take a holiday in this way, without have effort to rent in a step in worker.



PSS: and it does not help that the whole Ecogra web page is out of service, which it has been for many hours now.
