sportsinteraction responds to my request ONLY after I mention SBR.

I deposited a very small amount of money with sportsinteraction.com just to mess around on the poker tables, and occasionaly Sportsbet. I emailed them to see what documents I needed to fax in order to cashout. They said a utilility bill and a ID. I explained that I live with others, and even though I pay a portion of the bills, that the bills aren't in my name. I asked if I could just send a bank statement in place of the utility bill, thinking that it wouldn't be a hastle. WELL.... it turned out to be more of a hastle then one would think, but eventually they gave in and they said, I must send the bank statement, ID, and a voided check. I said ok, even though it doesn't make sense for me to send a bank statement and a void check, because the info is pretty much identical. Anyhow, I ended up re-depositing another small amount like two weeks later to play poker, and this BITCH kristin just gave me all sorts of problems. Apparently, the security dept. had closed my poker account, because I emailed them about what I needed to fax and what I could fax, and they didn't tell me they were closing my poker in the e-mails before I re-deposited. Anyhow, kristin was the only one working and she said she didn't have the "authority" to re-open the poker account. I asked if I could just be refunded for the trouble and she responded with another bitchy NO. I explained in detail that I sportsbet elsewhere, and that I'm SIMPLY HERE TO PLAY POKER. I said it doesn't make sense that my sportsbook is open and my poker is closed, shouldn't both be closed, if you have security issues with me? I think I cussed her out after that and then she put me on hold for like 20 minutes. Anyhow, she said sorry sir. There is nothing that can be done the security Dept. will have to deal with this in a couple of days. I said whatever SBR will find out about this, and she quickly said.... Hold on sir. Ok, I can re-open the poker if you just give me your account info. and answer the security questions. I about fell on the floor laughing at this BS. She magicly has the "AUTHORITY" after I mention SBR, but before she could do nothing. I will never ever deposit here again just for the fact that they treated me like shit, UNTIL I mentioned SBR.

SBR's pull in the industry is astonishing. If SBR wasn't around I'm 100% sure a ton of people would be out a lot of money from a bunch of books. Shit like this makes you really appreciate SBR even more so.

SIA is good for really low money betting. One free instant withdrawl per month, free and easy deposits. $1 Minimum bet, $25 minimum deposit. Basically it's just a recreational bettors site in my opinion.

SIA is really weird about their poker. There have been threads here before where people played poker, tried to withdraw, and were told there was a 4 or 7 day hold before they could withdraw funds. When that happened to me years ago, I had just tried out their poker room and played some low stakes games, the total amount of which was well below my total balance. For hypothetical sake let's say I had 5k in SIA and played 3-6 limit hold'em for a $200 buy-in, and the next day asked for a 2.5k withdraw. They told me I couldn't make a withdraw, period, until 4 or 7 days after I last played poker. I guess they do that in case they need to investigate cases of chip dumping or collusion, but it makes no sense to hold the money since the amount I was leaving in the account was well in excess of my poker play. Not to mention, if Pokerstars or Full Tilt had that sort of policy, you would need to take a 4 or 7 day break every time you wanted to withdraw, which would be absurd.

The cliffs is that SIA runs their poker room in a rather haphazard manner.
