    Quicksilver BetQS Fail To Pay

    Quicksilver Sports (www.betqs.com) SBR rating C. They have failed to pay for over 2 months on a couple of low 4-figure withdrawals through Moneybookers.

    Phone support just has the same stock phrases - "Your withdrawal is in the queue but I do not know when it will be paid" "There are no managers here at this time" (none there ever, it would seem). No returned phone calls. No reply to Emails, even when I offered to talk about a payment schedule with them.

    I have submitted a couple of complaints to SBR. Net result about $600 paid out but rest of withdrawals cancelled so that I had to resubmit them (presumably to make it appear that I've not been waiting as long as I have). I see I am not the only complaint that SBR has received. Don't know what else I can do to get my money out of this place. Seems that D- or F+ would be a more appropriate rating than C as they seem unable/unwilling to pay and have no meaningful CS.

    im in the same boat.
    got a low 4 fiqure in there as well..
    made a complaint few weeks ago,,no response from sbr yet..
    I think they cancelled my 3 month old pending withdraw request i complained about to sbr,which ive had to re-submitt as well..
    Dunno what to do as well,, should i stop playing there and pray and hope one day i'll get my money????
    Id like to know sbr's position on these ppl as well??

    No it doesn't. Phoenix are paying, albeit perhaps not by the means players would prefer or as fast as they would like. The books discussed here just are not paying, period.

    I see slow paying by both. Or is Quicksilver a no pay now?

    Perhaps WSEX would be a better example. Bet Phoenix doesn't follow their non-existent always-in-flux terms, neither does WSEX.

    BetQS was recently downgraded for their delays and is looking over-rated at C- as well. They promised 2 players payment this week but there is reason to doubt they'll make it. There have been a lot of "check's in the mail" responses this month.

    I have credit accounts with both sportsbooks with a guy here in boston.they are fine for credit but i wouldnt send a penny to a book like this.

    A follow-on 2 weeks later: still not willing to answer anything or discuss any form of payment plan. Basically running as a deposit only book with no CS.

    A quick bump for this. Still no payment of withdrawals after 4 months and no replies to contact - so I am assuming they have run away with my money. I see SBR have now moved to D. F is of course more correct for this behaviour.

    F ??? not so easy

    I know a book having a offline website, phones unresponsive and they don't reply e-mails. They haven't been paying for 6½ months.When I made deposit it was D+ even this book is still D-. not F...
    I asked to a sbr moderator "why it is stil D-?"
    answer : "Once a site stops operating, we usually stop updating ratings. I'm very sorry."

    SBR responded to you yet? Or have they done the runner because my bets are getting accepted as I was told to finish the rollover by SBR

    The numbers on the site are either disconnected or go to Jazz sports? Does anyone if Jazzsports have taken them over? There isnt a great deal of information from SBR

    Bill - any comments or this is going to go down like Dimeline , Betchance and lots of other books? I did drop you a line but havent heard anything back

    Nope. Wrote the funds off months ago in my personal accounts, send them an Email every few weeks mainly for my own entertainment. Interesting/strange that phones go to Jazz now. Do Jazz actually know that they're answering BetQS calls? What do they say?

    just spoke briefly to some jazz sales guy, and he said they just mange their wagering line,,(via their call centre).

    I don't understand why people play at these ridiculous books that most have never heard of. Makes no sense to me why these bizarre books still have any clients, why isnt everyone at BETJAMAICA or Legendz or Bookmaker or 5Dimes??? From what I know/hear/read, these are basically the only 4 or 5 books that actually pay their customers and have generally positive reviews.

    People should do their homework before giving their business to a book. My first ever deposit was at this sketchy book called "Logans". I was in college and deposited $50. Made a $50 bet on some football game, won the bet, went and checked my balance only to see that my account had been "disabled". Again, I made a deposit, made 1 bet, won the bet, they disable my account. Just blatant theft. I then did some research on the internet and found that BETJAMAICA is the best sportsbook there is. I have been with BETJM for 4 years now, and have had nothing but great experiences. I have also made a dew deposits/cashouts with Legendz, and they are a good book as well. But for all you clowns out there being jerked around by shady books, GO TO BETJAMAICA SO YOU CAN START ENJOYING YOURSELF. It must suck when you have money on a game and you are going to win to have to start worrying if you are going to ever get paid. With BETJM, I know that when I win a bet I will be paid the very next day, in CASH no less.

    My advice to you is to start playing at BETJM. You will find wagering on sports to be much more enjoyable once you do this.

    Yes and SBR is impotent in resolving anything here.. They do not know the name of the owner, they cannot do anything ... No bulletin , no update .. Pretty much dont give a shit about anyone over here.. Because we do not generate any revenue... Bill - has lost its mojo... So has the rest..... I asked for the information about the owner so that I can send someone ,, they dont know anything..
