Can a book be an "A" book , if they don't transfer with anybody ?

I kind of think NO !

To me it means no other book wants to owed money by them. Am I wrong ?

They should at least transfer with 5D, Greek, Betjam, Pinny, Bookmaker, Matchbook etc.to earn an A rating, IMO !

    Thoughts ?

    Yes.

If they pay like clockwork, have a proven track record and are not afraid of taking a bet, they are certainly an "A" in my book.

Not doing transfers could be a decision management has made, and made for a number of reasons. They may just prefer to run their business their own way, catering to just their players who deposit the old fashioned way.

I've never done a book to book transfer
    Never needed to
No way that the lack of such facility in any way means that Pinnacle and Betfair for example aren't A+ books
The key determinants of that rating for mine are:
    1. Security and prompt payment
    2. Market leading odds
    3. High limits
the rest are simply side issues

I agree with most of the above. Paying fast, honoring their policies and not cheating or cutting guys off is an A book.

Agreed, no transfer with at least one top book then you are not a top book

you really have to pity American punters!

Betfair is clearly the one "book" most who have experienced them would chose above all others (unless they are interested only in US sports)

I agree that it does suck that Americans can't use lots of books and money transfer options that people in many other countries can.

Well, I mean without having an address in another country and elaborate plans to obfuscate that they really live in the u.s.

If there is some easier way, please pm me and elaborate...i'm curious.

You should not acknowledge your competition.

I don't give a rats if a book doesn't do b2b transfers - it is irrelevant to me.

As long as they pay winners, on time, they should be able to earn A+

no point even playing at a book which passes only that test

they must also bet competitive prices and let you on for a decent sized wager to be rated A+

I don't care about book to book transsfers and I think most punters don't care about them either. An "A" rating is deserved by a book based on the excellence of their lines, payout delivery, customer service procedures, etc, not on the decision to transfer monies to competing books.
