    Yes, they moved at the start of December. You won't see them send a press release saying they want to be better than Sportsbook.com's service because they still host and software through them but that is their intent. It has been a poor transition. Had we known of the move, we would have waited on the upgrade from D+.
    They are also asked to look at a complaint where they allowed Jazette CS to steal $750 from one of our posters who used sister book, Win4Real.

    SBR, thank you for having a complaint form for this kind of an issue. I've just filled out the form, after waiting since April of 2007 for a $700 withdrawal.
    I don't know where to turn to for these matters.

    I can't say I'm surprised that you've been waiting since April, because this book is just brutal when it comes to matters of this nature.

    How long is it currently taking to receive checks from sportsbetting.com?

    In Jan and Feb I was getting them in about 7 days now they tell me they sent a check on 3/6 and it's not here yet. I'm a bit concerned simply because I received a few checks in a quick time frame and now it's regressed.

    Any info is appreciated.

    I have a request I still haven't received that I requested back on July 31st, 2007. I have filed a complaint with the form you guys offer....which, thank god for...really though, just stay away from this low life fraud of a website. With as many good bookies out there, (I use bookmaker.com now), why mess around with low lives like these people at sportsbetting.com?? Waste of time.

    Sportsbetting.com is having the most processing problems right now. They are finding it hard to track who has been paid from which processor and who needs to be reissued checks and players are finding they are getting passed back and fourth between first level customer service, and not getting replies. The good news is they are eventually addressing the matters and bonus'ing players. It's just a mater of the working out the kinks sorta speak IMO.

    ive been waiting for my checks since 2/26 which is when they said they processed and sent them to me but i received my last check of my last withdrawal via a different process company on 03/05 through regular mail. 16 business days ive received nothing and their UK free toll number doesnt work and they tell me it is working when its not. Does anyone know anything about the email address included in the withdrawal receipt sent to your email asking about if you would like to change any aspect of this withdrawal?

    Has anyone received a payout check from this poorly run sportsbook in the last 2 weeks?
    Im still waiting on my checks and im getting fed up in hearing the same excuse and having my emails and livechat messages passed on to the "right department" but this "department" havent even bothered to reply to me yet.
    The UK number is still not working with a error message very time i try ringing it.
    Process problems or not SBR you need to review there rating because a monkey could do a better job than their banking staff.

    I filled out a complaint form on this website about a week ago (3/13). I haven't heard anything. What is the normal turn-around time for these complaints?

    My payout check from sportsbetting.com bounced about a month ago and I have sent about 10 emails and had about 10 live chats with them. On each one I get the same "please be patient and we will fix this as soon as possible". At one point I asked the live-help person if his responses were straight out of the sportsbetting.com handbook (b/c I recieve the exact same responses no matter who I am talking to) and he said yes.

    Just curious if there is a time-frame I should be looking at. Thanks.

    Their is no normal time frame sir. These types of issues take time to resolve, so please bare with us. Because we handle several complaints, and everyone has to wait their turn sorta speak.

    Issues with Sportsbetting.com

    Let me start first by Thanking Bill Dozer for helping me out here after I filled complaint form. I have been waiting to get my funds from sportsbetting since April 2007.

    Bill's effort let them reissue me another check for $1198.93 on March 10, 2008. I got email from them saying it has been processed and I should be getting my check within 7 to 10 business days.

    I am still waiting as of today. I will let you know the update as soon as I get check from them. if I get.

    Lets face it, no one has been paid for a few weeks now and with that withdrawals are getting backed up when more people withdrawing there funds. How can they tell people their withdrawals have been processed and sent when its complete rubbish. What kind of management lets this happen and not grab the problem by the horns and gets it sorted. Its down to bad management that they are in this mess.

    Me: Shouldn't the one processed on the 10th be here by now?
    Steve Duggan: We have had some technical difficulties with the processor and how tracking numbers are obtained - it has caused a small back log and as a result the time frame for the delivery will be longer than usual - we still fully expect them to arrive within 15 business days of the day they were processed

    Yes, they are having wide-spread problems right now with some players waiting months. They aren't answering all emails. Sportsbetting users have submitted the most complaints for each of the past two months.

    I am waiting for 5 checks right now. 2 were processed on March 6, 1 on March 8, 1 on March 12, and 1 on March 13. Obviously, they're having some problems and it's going to take me a while to get my checks. I was hoping to at least get a tracking number for the withdrawals processed on March 6, so that I can check the status online and know for sure that it was sent. It is not that difficult to email the right person or call someone (this seems to be a foreign concept) in order to attempt to get me some sort of information. But no, all they are willing to do is read the computer screen, give you your account information, and say there is nothing we can do. Well, have you tried doing anything? I never even received a whole-hearted apology, which would have sufficed. I have NEVER EVER experienced such poor and inept customer service. It was like talking to a wall. I understand that they are limited in the info they have, but that does not mean they can't look into it. I have called 5 times now and I have almost given up. But before I give up, I will do whatever I need to do to get Sofia Lawrence (obviously not her real name) fired from that Indian call center. She was rude, unhelpful, basically called me a liar, and even laughed out loud at my problems, thinking that it will never get back to her since she wouldn't give me the manager's contact info. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get her fired? I want to contact her manager, director, and whoever will reprimand her.

    I received a check from them today. Its from a bank in Florida this time which is the 3rd bank ive had a check off in 2 months, no wonder they are confused. The check was dated the 10th but was sent out on the 20th and delivered today via UPS.

    Thanks to SBR, I got my check today through UPS. It was processed on March 11, 2008 after waiting since April 2007. Guys, if you haven't got your check just fill out the complaint form and believe me SBR would do their best to get your money. I got mine. Thanks Bill.
