Intertops: Tough to beat, decent bonuses, amazingly sharp lines, mid-to-low limits.

Nordicbet: Very weak lines, fairly big limits until you win, quick to boot.

Since Ricky already gave some details on Intertops & Nordicbet, I'll defer to him based on his personally experiences with them.

    ]Jetbull

They never answer their emails and it takes way too long to get your funds.

    ]BetWorks

It's an Australian-based sportsbook has been off-line since October of 2003 when it settled all player accounts and ceased operating. Euraust, formerly the bookmaker’s parent company, has since sold BetWorks to an Asian investment group.

    ascot

They have been around for about 3 to 4 years now, and have a very sound financial backing from my understanding, and does seem to payout very well.

They are a parent company of Fortuna (Czech book) who is licensed in Malta. I really haven't hear anything about them from a payout standpoint though. Maybe somebody would be kind enough to share experiences with them.

    ]npbet

They are a small independent book, however they are listed on the London Stock Exchange. So I would venture to say your funds would be fairly safe. Other than that I really don't much about them from a payout standpoint.

    partybets

They are a sister site of Gamebookers. They are financially solid, but will cut your limits.

    scandic

They still have a few outstanding complaints levied against them here at SBR and refused to even answer our emails.

    sportsbetting.com.au

They are an Australia book so you know your funds should be safe. I could be wrong, however I believe they are part of Bill Hurley gaming.

    Yabet

Yabet was picked up by CRIS a few years back. Since then it has been a skin and hasn't really been marketed from what I can tell.

    lasseters

I only have heard of complaint levied against them and the book was cleared. They are an Australian licensed book located in the northwestern territory and have been around for years. So needless to say any Aussie book is usually extremely safe to play at from a funds stand point.

I last played with Betworks and was paid in June 2007. I received an email 5 December saying they were going to concentrate on soccer going forward. I've not played since however.

Partybets has low limits (around 550/game) tho sometimes will allow larger bets I've seen up to 3K. They offer loyalty points for every bet. I have never had an issue, payouts are within 6 hours. I've not been limited yet so that's a plus for me. Their 5 inning baseball lines are soft. I have noticed they have become sharper in moving their lines in the last few months.

Scandic bookmakers I didn't think accepted anyone outside of Scandanivia. I know no matter where I've been and tried to access it says my IP is not permitted to wager there.

    Thanks for the replies guys.
I presumed the aussie books would be pretty safe.

Are there any complaints against bwin at the moment that anyone knows of.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

I find that odd. Didn't they even email with some type of reason?

Here is the official response to the problem your having sir.
Our internal security checks have recommended asking you for documentation. We know that this is quite a hassle, but we try to do these checks as early as possible – so that potential problems are avoided before a customer makes a deposit or requests a payout.

So unfortunately we have to ask you for the documentation before reopening your account, but we think it if fairer to ask for it now before you put any of your money in.

    We hope for your understanding,
    Best regards,
    Intertops
While I totally agree with you in regards to this being a total hassle and all. I've noticed quite a few books have this type of security check in place these days, and I guess in this day of processing problems stemming from U.S. restrictions. I can see the books point of view on this subject.

Jetbull isnt save i never got my money because everytime they made a new rule before i could cashout, and not normal reactions on email, no normal support.

I suggest to stay away there, there are a lot other bookies who are better in all ways.

RickySteve sums up Intertops perfectly here. I might also add that they will cut your limits on a sport by sport basis (Nascar and the NBA for myself), though as far as I know, won't outright ban you.
