Welcome to the board Kimura. A lot of posters would suggest you take the money and run. Best of luck!

I've been using Players only for a couple of months now, recreationally. I submitted a cash-out request on 4-19-08 for $62.75. I recieved a "confirmation receipt, and a notice that this e-mail would be followed by another that would "confirm the funds had been sent to the given address." On 4-27-08 I contacted their support asking about this confirmation and the status of my withdrawal. I recieved an automated e-mail reply stating that my withdrawal was still in the queue to be sent, and that I would recieve an e-mail as soon as it was. On 5-02-08 I inquired again, and recieved the same e-mail yet again. So today, 5-09-08, I was really getting fed up with this, because cash-outs are supposed to take 2-3 weeks, and mine hasn't even been processed yet. I contact their live chat support, and they tell me that my cash-out was sent to me on 05-05-08. When I inquired as to how in the hell i'm supposed to know that, and why i never recieved a notification the representative stated there was a "conflict" and that the only way for me to recieve notices would be to contact PLAYERS ONLY directly. I guess we'll see if i recieve this money, i'm sure i will but the cash-out system has been a very big hassle and not very official. Overall, i am not satisfied with the level of service PLAYERS ONLY has given, as i have seen good service 1st hand (ie. pokerstars, bodog.)

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

The entire Jazette family of books is currently having some massive processing issues at this time, so please be patient during these trying times they are currently experiencing.
