Vicky's 100% right, this is a promotion to attract NEW players to sign up for betdsi... since you were not attracted to sign up through the promotion in theory you're not entitled to it. Now the other concept you're missing, you probably signed up through an affiliate that has it's own bonus if you sign up through them. Due to rules regarding affiliates they cannot change your promotional code.

i opened an account through their webpage ( NOT ANY AFFILIATE ) so they rather just ask their supervisor or check my account and go ahead turn on the green light if i never entitled any bonuses since my account was opened, easy 1,2,3 ...instead walking your customer to open another account so he/she can earn the new bonus promotion.
