Some help with Greek deposit fees please

    Hi everyone.

I open an account last year with Greek but i don't play for a while, i return last week, and yesterday i request an withdraw, today i want play on Soccer World Cup and because i don't find an option to cancel the withdraw i made a deposit. (5200€)

And i notice that Greek deduct 5% from my deposit i contact them by phone but the department in charge was not open yet, i send them an email asking them why this and answer was:

Please be advised that once a withdrawal has be detected on the account within the previous 48 hours you will incur a 5% charge of the deposit amount.

I reply them saying that on website says all the deposits by moneybookers are free, and i would like they add the 260€ to my account.

    They reply again:

Please note that you are not able to cancel a withdrawal on line.

All deposits made by Moneybookers are free, however once the withdrawal is detected on the account within the 48 hours the 5% charge will be deducted automatically, therefore we are unable to waive the charges.

This is not correct if they decided 5% is 5%, they do what they want and the player have to accept everything this is really bad.

Can i fill a complaint relating this?

Because of the good limits they have i deposit 2000€ yesterday morning and i win a large amount so i request a payout of 5000€, this morning i try to cancel the withdraw but i cant so i deposit again (5200€).

This is my 3 deposit on Greek this month, and my first withdraw.
I can understand if i had made excessive deposits and withdraws but this not the case.

I spoke today with my moneybookers account manager and he told that is not true that Greek pays 5% for each deposit to moneybookers, so i cant understand why they charge that way.

I already submit a complaint,Lou from SBR is being changing emails with me, lets see what hapends.
