    I did my first withdraw and asked the identity ....

    24 hours after my withdrawal fell into account neteller ...

    I did another withdraw then fell into account in 4 hours ...

    I have a problem with bet-at-home, register to get bonus, wager all sum win 700EUR and they wont pay to me, locked my account and tell that I have two accounts, but it is not true, and they dont tell "my first" account details. And wont pay to me, they tell me to wait. i dont know what i have to do now...

    Good payouts but poor odds. Never heard about any issues with payouts for players.

    I have one account, but they locked my account with reason:
    "Your betting account was closed by our security department because
    you registered several betting accounts and redeemed a bonus there."

    But i have only one account I have send document and they locked it and now they write that they have no new information and wait...
    I have call to them.. but nothing change...

    i dont know what I have to do ?

    in case you signed up several times, or on friends computer, or use someone else's payment method, you will only be wasting your time though.

    News from BAH!
    It is very "professional" bookmaker!

    They lock my account 4 ever, and freeze my money.
    Now they are not replay to me, block by livechat (yesterday all day, and today)
    They dont like that I and my friend play and win i think. Because they are angry that my friend is them client too, but he is register from his personal pc, and house.
    One word "professional" ...
    My 700 EUR is gone.
    In my country forums is more posts about B-A-H like my situation...
