I had been a loyal customer since 2006. I have eaten their crap for years and am finally leaving. I am a very high volume LOSING sports gambler and a winning poker player. I never complained about consistently losing mid 5 figures annually to them in sports but evidently, they couldn't handle it that I was winning from them at poker, in spite of the thousands of dollars they made on me monthly from rake. Their customer service is, without question, the worst in the business. Calling their regular customer support people was always a 100% waste of time, because I knew their product better than they did.

In the past 3 months, they decided they decided that they wanted to hurt me on the poker end, since I made a few bucks from them on that side. They took away my deposit fee reimbursement ($15 per $500 deposited), they took away any and all poker bonuses and they increased the rake taken from each pot to levels that far exceeded industry standard. I said, fair enough, you don't like it that I'm winning in poker, how about compensating me in some way, shape or form of bonus for my huge sports losses. They basically told me to suck an egg. They wouldn't even refund my $15 deposit fees that I was able to prove to them. I wagered big money into their terrible lines for years and their stupidity pushed me away. My loyalty to them meant absolutely nothing. I have so many negative stories about how their customer service screwed me so many times that it could fill a book. If you win from them, they will try and make your life hell getting money out of them. I was always a model customer and they never had a problem with me. My problem is, being a loyal person, stuck with them too long. I would highly recommend that any new player stay away from this book.

I am looking for another sportsbook that also has a poker site but there don't seem to be too many reliable ones out there. 5Dimes seems to be the leading contender but supposedly their poker tables gets very low volume. All of the other candidates are not rated very highly. Does anyone know why matchbook is getting a rating of b-? Why so low? I was going to give them my sports business but I am wondering about the rating. Does anyone have info on why their rating is so average?

I have not seen RB offered anywhere for TheGreek, but Pokerworld is owned by them and on Cake. Several places offer rakeback there.

I've dealt with Bodog Becky. She does nothing. I'm a poster on several forums and she is on all of them for positive PR. Her ability for action is nonexistant.

This is not true. If there is a legitimate complaint from a player that was not handled by CS properly I will connect that player directly with a senior CS manager- this is when I step out of the equation. There have been a number of issues resolved to the player's satisfaction using this strategy.

Sorry, Becky, but I feel this is just another example of you playing a game of public relations with smoke and mirrors. My complaint could not be more legitimate and have seen complaints from others in which you have supposedly acted as a liaison between the player and Bodog and have never seen a positive result for the player as a result of your actions. I feel that you exist to advertise and market the Bodog brand and that you try to quell the complaints in which people make about Bodog. You must have a difficult job because Bodog treats their customers like complete garbage.

Bodog has by far the most juicy cash games and the widest variety of prop bets for sports.As for regular betting sports I would say Matchbook is the place to go.

I feel the same way. Bodog has definite value, and I feel its in their props and Poker room.

I can highly recommend Players Only , I never had any trouble there, their sportsbook is not that bad , I had some big winnings on the poker when they were with cakenetwork include a 7K prize package to the English Poker Open, they always paid me within 48hours to my neteller wallet, now they are on the Merge Network thats also not is a bad poker network, even i like he Cake network more, but dude i am fair I never had problems with Bodog so far, but its true the removed the reload Bonus, and when you call CS you always get the standard bla bla answeres,Bodog is OK but they have to improve some things immediately otherwise a lot of people will leave them

They obviously have some reason for chasing all of their poker customers away by raising rake to ridiculous levels and treating them like trash. I was to taken advantage of them and treated like crap the entire way. The rumor is that they are going to join some other poker skin and are trying to get rid of their profitable players. God forbid someone should win on a wagering site. If that happens, something must be wrong and they treat you like garbage. If you look at their traffic on pokerscout.com, you will see what I am talking about. Their traffic has dropped like a rock since they raised rake to ridiculous levels, took away all bonuses and took away deposit reimbursement. Bodog will do anything it can to take your money and if you win, they will not be nice to you and penalize you.
