If someone were to call your house and say..... you just won a million dollars but you have to send us a fee before you recieve your million , would you pay the fee to get a million dollars that doesnt exist?

Same difference....If Oddsmaker told me that they wont count my bets that lose,only the ones that win, i wouldnt send them a penny and neither should you.
