- Many shops are changing their payout methods, My argument as to why BP has changed is simple, slowing down the bonus whores. They routinely hang out large free play offers. Around Feb they started cutting this for non NA Customers. Alot of the bonus whoring comes from Eastern Europe and Asia..they acknowledged a problem and reacted quickly. - More players, beginning of the slow season = more payouts, simple as that. This has been a known issue for BP and Mania the last couple of years. 3 days for a ** aint bad. Go ask anyone waiting for Wsex payouts if they would be happy waiting 3 weeks.
3. As of last week, same day ** payouts are now taking 3+ days (which still isnt terrible but not what it once was).

4. As stated in another thread, their wagering dept reps are moving lines over the phone after you try to place your wager with the given line. (Ive tried to call Richard 10 times about this and everytime Ive been told he's in a meeting)
- never had this problem wagering online, rarely use the phone
5. Many have reported that there is a manager named Phil that seems to be having a rough time having civil conversations with customers without slamming the phone down.
- Dealt with him several times over the years at Mania..good enough guy. Depends on what your definition of "civil" is I am sure..
6. Many have reported that their balances have magically been zero'd out, possibly by former employees or hackers.
- Any credible reports documented by SBR or another independent 3rd party ?
7. Many have reported that their limits have been drastically cut (alot more than usual for a book)
- So by cutting sharp players limits, they are telling you they are on the way out ?!? Bet911 did the opposite and it killed them, by your logic they are damned if they do, damned if they dont..cutting sharps is a SMART move
8. Richard no longer posts on these boards nor is he anywhere to be found when it comes to addressing any problems like he used to.
- Would you really feel more comfortable having a clerk posing as Richard on here posting daily ? When you have a minor problem with your happy meal do you call the CEO of McDonalds ? Richard is usually available for BIG issues. There is a chain of command to follow and usually an account manager can fix it if you let them..calling and demanding Richard because your upset about something likely results in poor experiences.
I dont see this place going downhill at all. Wouldnt put all my funds in one shop, but they are as solid if not more so than any other B rated book., I trust them more than CRIS/Bookmaker...only shops I place over them right now are Jamaica/5Dimes and possibly Heritage. Now call any of those 3 asking for 50% cash bonus'..let me know how that goes for you. If you want total security, play at shops who offer small/no bonuses..want a bonus and some security (more than you get from most shops) call BP.
