Playersonly.com would encourage me to sign up to play poker so I could "play with all of the fish from sportsbook.com"--there are tons of poker players who think anyone who bets sports must be a losing gambler. There were plenty of instances documented here where players asked "can I have multiple accounts at sportsbooks in this family?" and they were told yes, and then their winnings were confiscated for "multiple account abuse."
