    its an exchange not a regular site. so theres no vig, just a small commission based on the size of the bet.

    If you put an order up and it doesn't get filled right away then your order goes up until someone buys the other team. For example if you put an order up at 55 or -122 then it goes on the other side or team at 45 or +122 until someone matches it.
