    Wagerchief Problem Live Casino

    Well I stated playing with $812 in my session in live BJ. I got to 892 and played a $5 hand which I split 9's and won. Instead of going to $902, my balance become $802. I just contacted CS and this is the convo

    Vince: hi I swear I was at $892 and I played a $5 hand which I split 9's and won. Instead of going to $902, my balance became $802.

    Vince: yes then I just played to get it up to $892
    Vince: and then was I just said happened
    Vince: can you look at my hand history and also send me it
    Francisco: then you loss 10 Now you have 802.80
    Francisco: if you wish you may contact us during the day and speak with management department that way they could run a rapport
    Vince: the thing is I did not, I won $90 in my last session but instead of the bankroll going to $902 it goes to $802
    Vince: can I get my hand history
    Vince: cuz it is not something i can check

    Vince: cuz $100 just disappeared from my account

    Don't really like how he's saying that I'm a liar looking at the basic info and not at my hand history which will show that I won and should be at $902. Well my balance is now $802.

    once you talk to management it will be cleared up - noone settles problems better than WAGERCHIEF. that has been my experience. the best thing about this place is who runs it and how he runs it. when done i would be willing to bet you will end up with a better than expected result.

    I hope so. I wanted to play again tonight, but not with this going on, going to have to wait until it's fixed. Also really didn't like this Francisco guy.

    seems like a good idea. too bad francisco did not do something to make you feel assured that this will not end up being much of a problem at all.and that he does not have the authority to do much for you now. but again assuring that this will be looked at by management as soon as they get in. having a problem sucks. but it is bound to happen from time to time. it's how they are handled that is important. i will be looking forward for the outcome. and thinking your going to be happy with their explanation and decision.

    Well I did send an email to them which I believe the casino people look at, not sure if it is the casino manager or not though. I will probably contact them tomorrow when I get a chance if I have not received a reply or not a satisfactory reply imo. Thanks for replying and I'll post what happens when I get a chance tomorrow.

    I smell arat in live blackjack went in their got 16 somebody hits a 10 dealer has 16 gets the 4 instead of the 10 boom you lose.

    Lol got sent my hand history but they did not include my most recent session where I played from 12:00-1:00 am et.

    I know that I was at $892 at 1 point, but after winning $10 in the hand I was at $802. In the end it could've been the $50 hand from a few hands back that might've been graded wrongly but I got the money for it even though it was a loss, but was corrected a few hands later or I could've really won the hand but something in the system messed up. I also do other things while playing so I can't say that I exactly remember the $50 hand and I don't take screen shots of hands. Talking to Jon and we'll see what happens.

    well what happened - i have never seen a problem not get resolved in favor of the customer - azn624 did you make the mistake or was it WAGERCHIEF - come on - finish the thread.

    We've heard from WagerChief that the player was credited what he felt he was shorted.

    Good job Lou and Wagerchief. Hope the customer is completely satisfied-and was a truthful outcome. Perhaps the clerk that was on chat could have told client he did not have the power of the pen to resolve the issue. /up a notch 4 the Chief- started there this week-so far - no problems at all. gl all
