    Bet365.com problem

    Hello to all.I have problem with Bet365.com , im member of that sportsbook from about 2 years , regular using them , but few months ago i start to play poker , and had some money in bet365 so i used that balance and played poker bet365 , i played against friend ,i won some money and after that ive placed bet basketball and win also , few hours later they send me email , that they are suspended my poker account and my money will be frozen because they detected some ''collusion play'' and i need to provide them with information about that proceder , for me its funny cause i diding do nothing wrong , just playing ,i send them many emails but their customer service (in polish , cause my nationality is polish ) is very poor they sending me the same email every time and ist taking 6 months now , i dont know what to do , i have in my balance 1014.77 pounds but i cant touch them , they always sending me email that answer what i gave them is not satisfated to them and my balance will be frozen , can someone help me?I dont know maybe im wrong and maybe that what i was playing with friend is breaking rules? because they trying to say that he lost money special to transfer money to me... but for me is stupid ..he could give me normal way and no need to use poker , i thoght that playing against some one for money its not strange for poker.also i want to add that my friend account was aswell from long time with that company and using regular

    Can someone help me what to do ?Im from UK , where i can get help here?

    It's pretty clear from your statements that you know that this looks like chip dumping and/or other collusion. It's not Bet365 that detected the collusion but iPoker, on whose network they run.

    As in that thread, I'd recommend that if you believe you did nothing wrong - hence it's actually worth you putting time into this, and only you know if you truly did nothing wrong - then you should contact iPoker and provide whatever explanation you can, to see if they will change their opinion. Bet365 is acting based on what they've been told by iPoker, so it probably won't help you much to complain to and/or about Bet365 alone.

    I am a Ipoker player am have multiple accounts in ipoker network(bet365,willhill,nuts,chilly,tyta n) I had a few questions they never answer my email.
    Regarding chip dumping forget it, there decision is normaly final.
