    5dimes steals money and cancels plays

    I just want everyone here to know loud and clear that 5Dimes cancels/voids and steals money for a wager I placed on Turkish team "Kocialespor" last night. The odds were +375 and I'm sure this team won and they don't want to pay me now. The play does not even show in my transactions/history/graded wagers. This is some ****in bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Tony the owner of 5dimes just told me that I placed my bet post-game even though the game started the next day at 7am. Then he hung up on me when I told him he is wrong.

    5dimes is as big if a piece of shit as Sportsbook is.

    Tony just robbed me of my money, and then hung up on me when I proved him wrong. Now they tell me the bet lost and if I want they can put it back up as loser. I can move on without even knowing if they gave my money back for the bet.

    And it does not matter why I was betting a match I do not know about, who's business is that but mine, to choose what the hell I want to bet on or not? Point is, they deleted a play and DID NOT NOTIFY ME OR DO ANYTHING TO INFORM ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, THEY SIMPLY DELETED THE PLAY ALTOGETHER.

    What would you do if you logged into your account and found out the play you made the night before has completely disappeared?

    Get real. Anyone in a similar situation would be bugged about it.

    I really like this thread. It for once show that 5dimes isn't a shady ass book. But I guess a few hundred is worthless compared to the reputation. I swear if this happen over at sportsbook.com, it would have been one sided.

    i know it's a beating, but you guys need to "print screen" you play confirmations and save them - even easier would be to print the pages, but i, for one, don't like a lot of paperwork. saves a lot of problems down the road, and at least once i didn't conform the play.
