Boys I've got some bad news for you...

I ran up a BIG balance at BetPhoenix over the past few months. Didn't think it would be a problem since they're a good book and Richard seems like a stand-up guy. They started off paying a $10k wire once a week, so all is well. But now conveniently enough they can't do any more wires, so I'm stuck checking my mailbox for a maximum $4k in shady money orders every week.

I've tried talking to management about my situation, but they've been COMPLETELY UNWILLING to help me get my balance out in a reasonable timeframe. I hate to say it, but save your big 10-team parlays and teasers for a RESPECTABLE BOOK that will actually pay.

So they're still paying you, but not in the manner that you want.

Personally I wouldn't play at BP, but what they're doing in this case is anything but shady.

Had the same problem back in May.....it took me over 9 weeks to completely withdraw funds either by bank wires or checks.....a real pain , but i did get all funds and will never go back

OP did not say where he is from so that makes this a little tuff to judge. I am a person who is always moving money here and there and it is a constantly changing world in this regard. Books will continue to encounter processing problems to certain countries, BUT the key is are you getting paid? If they give me wager value with their numbers every day I will endure delays on pay. Such is the climate out there.

I believe BetPhoenix has max payout 4k a week . You were getting wires of 10 K per week that was very generous of them . As long as you get pay , you should be fine
And why you call money orders SHADY ? As long as your bank cash them , they are good .

What BetPhoenix SAYS they do and what they actually do in PRACTICE are two very different things. Almost every e-wallet request I've made has reached my account well after the timelines they list on their site.

not to invade your privacy but can you define "big balance" a bit better? are we talking high 5's? 6's? 7's?

anything below six digits if they're paying 4k a week is reasonable, i had a 40k balance in skybook once (before betp takeover) and i was reduced to taking 1k ** per week.

At this rate it will take approximately 29 WEEKS to get my balance paid in full. I could take a ROW BOAT down to Costa Rica and back in less time. Plus they're telling me it can take up to 10 days just to process each withdrawal, so even $4k a week is unlikely.

It is strange since when I asked them about this payout option ( listed on their website) at the end of last month, I was told this option was not available, actually gone for 2 month per their words. So looks like they were not telling the truth? The only payout option is **/** with high fee or wire with 4k max. I requested a wire, and still nothing after 20 days wait. Checked with them yesterday, was told the payout department was not avaiable because of holiday. Checked with them again today, was told they need some time to check for me if the wire has been sent or not, will get back to me later. They can't even tell me right away if the wire has been sent or not.
Looks like Calm, you were already treated very generously and my tolerance level toward their payout time frame is way too high. Ready to file a complaint, I guess.

They have been slow paying out lately, but $4000 a week is plenty enough for me. To the original poster, you must have hit a 15 team parlay for like $200,000 or you just deposited too much to begin with. Well, this doesn't excuse the fact that they are slow payers. I have a 10K balance there from taking their bonus this football season. I know it won't be fast for payout, but as long as they pay it was worth the risk for me.

Never had a problem. Usually takes less then 2 weeks, though the last one only 3 days.
The method and max are not great, but it's far better then not getting paid.

When I called for a withdrawal on Monday, checks/money orders were available.

I recommend you to block your casino/poker or to even block your account completely until you lower your balance to some reasonable level. you can always play at some other place while you make sure that nothing can happen at BP.

Im really fascinated by the differing views of BP. Some people live and die by them, and others can't stand them. Obviously the truth is somewhere between and they are pretty much the definition of B group. Don't have the CS or payout methods/quickness to be an A, but they are much better then a C-book.

Their situation has changed many times over the past few months, so it's pretty difficult to give absolute time frames like that. Approx. two weeks ago, it took me exactly 7 days from the date of request to receive a "check" from them.

I recommend you to block your casino/poker or to even block your account completely until you lower your balance to some reasonable level. you can always play at some other place while you make sure that nothing can happen at BP.

this is very very good advice. they can fabricate or allow some casino gameplay to decrease your balance. this has been a common complaint.

also, not sure what the limits are on book to book transfers but they do some im pretty sure.
