[Resolved] BOL books freerolling bettors on booster bets involving a cancelation

I really enjoy betting the booster bets at BOL and their sister books, Sportsbetting and Low Vig. But recently they grossly misgraded a 2-team booster on the Cleveland Guardians and Browns (Thursday 8/17). Anyone who plays these bets as often I do understands that all bets in the booster have to be completed. In fact, the icon above every booster involving multiple games clearly states that "Games Must Be Completed". So when the Guardians game rained out, I fully expected them to cancel the entire bet per their pre-stated rules. At this point, it made no difference how the Browns game fared ( it ended in an 18-18 tie).

All three books, graded the bet as a loss, despite stating both games are required to be completed. Hell, the baseball game never began. Even worse, the bet involves two legs with no losers (a rainout and push). Where in any gambling universe does a baseball rainout and a football tie combine to make a loss??? Apparently only at BOL's family of Books. After two days of arguing with them, I could not get them to reverse their horrendous misgrade of the Cleveland booster. To be fair, they reluctantly gave me a $25 credit at each book to compensate my loss. They did this a "courtesy". Yeah right, they were doing me a favor by returning the funds they improperly took. Pardon me for not thanking the crooks that tried to freeroll me.

While I was finally made whole, everyone else that bet this Cleveland booster last Thursday got screwed. It should have obviously been canceled as soon as the baseball game was postponed. At that point, the 2-team booster could no longer win. The best one could hope for was a push had the Browns won. Instead they tied, but nowhere did it say that ties lose on this particular booster--probably because baseball and football games very rarely end in a tie. But that didn't stop them from abusing the situation and grading the bet a loss. It's wrong on so many levels.

Times must be really tough at BOL. We've seen several threads here about them improperly confiscating funds from sports and casino winners. Recently, they became the only major book to start charging for bitcoin withdrawals. That whopping $3 charge must really be eating into their profits. Kind of embarrassing that a supposed A+ book with one of the highest betting limits offshore finds it necessary to recover penny ante BTC fees. If that's not a fukking red flag, I don't what is. Now they're freerolloing their clients on $25 booster bets that involve rainouts. It's absolutely disgusting. Incidentally if you bet that Cleveland booster last Thursday, it's not too late to contact them and have it reversed. Looks like they'll do this a "courtesy" to anyone who realizes they were fukked. Everyone else will remain fukked apparently.

Update: Cleveland booster bet has been corrected to a cancel via help from BOL's Dave Mason. I consider this frustrating ordeal closed.
