I tried to sign up online , I was prompted to call sales. I call sales and they place me on hold like they are running my credit or something . The rep comes back and says management has declined me. I did not have a referral, is that required for a new account ?
They decline quite a few applications and do not say why.
My guess is you are in a state they do not want to service, you have used an associated site and been limited there, or your name is on the blacklist for reversing a card payment charge somewhere in the past.
