    Volksbet problem

    Does anyone have any recent experience?

    My withdrawal has been pending for 5 days (though it says it takes 0-4 hours), I cannot place bets and support does not reply. Now it looks like live chat stopped responding also.

    I get an error message when I click on my profile link

    ACCOUNT IS EXCLUDED

    Your account has been closed by self-exclusion and business is no longer accepted. In this mode you have access to your account records, however sports betting, games, and deposits are disabled.



    I have not self excluded so no idea what's going on since support is silent.

    Have you used all of these?

    Sounds like a simple matter to fix if you have never told them you can't afford to gamble or are desperate for your payout as you need it for rent or food or a mother's urgent medical operation...

    I have only sent them an email at kundenservice@volksbet.de and contacted their live chat a few times. The live chat doesn't seem to know much.

    No, I haven't said anything like that or given them an impression like that. It's very strange.

    It should be just an error then.

    And if you are self excluded they should not be making you wait to be paid out as well.


    I'd call the phone number first. And if you can't get help there, email the owner company, CC the support email, and say you cannot get any response from support.

    You can send in a Sportsbook Complaint form if you need SBR help, but 1) when it involves self exclusion books don't care what 3rd parties say, they only want to deal with you directly. And 2) You should really be able to sort this out no problem if you have not requested it.

    Looks like they are related to Stakers. I've had no problem with Stakers but seen that others have.

    There has not been any change in this. They do not reply to emails, or the complaint that I made thru their complaint page. They no longer have live chat on their site.

    I made a sbr complaint 1.5 months ago, have not heard anything from them either.

    Stay far away from this scam.

    The website is gone. SBR never did anything with the complaint by the way. Totally useless service also.

    Oh that was the requirement to file the complaint? To make expensive international phone calls! I missed that part when I went thru the rules. My bad.
