    SBR Complaint NO answer

    Hi, i need help if someone have used the SBR Complaint procedure. I sent 20 days ago but anyone response my e mail. I also sent a DM to the Moderator to know the current situation of the complaint but never got his answer.

    Anyone know the time they take to solve the problem? Or really are useless?

    What’s the book? They have better relationships with some than others. They will help you if they can. You can also post your experience here as well and maybe get some advice from community on what’s your best course of actions. Good luck.

    I’ve also filed two complaints (one from a few months ago and one last week) and haven’t received any response for either.
