    Is anybody having problem with Pinnalce Asian view?

    Pinnacle Asian view is currently having a very annoying problem. 95% matches keep disappearing if you refresh the odds and have to reload the page to make them return

    Been that way for over a year. Absurdly annoying they haven’t fixed yet.

    I only just encountered this problem since yesterday. Contacted their support but seems like they haven't admit this problem(??).

    After I recorded a video about this problem and sent to them, they said this issue is being investigating.

    Hope they fix it soon, the beta view and future view are both suck

    I have the same problem...and also today i Notice i cannot deposit....i tried like 4 times but it just reloads the page to log in page....anybody else cannot deposit?

    Update:deposit was successful and no asian view problem but right now we have only one live match.
    solution: I used another device (laptop) to do so.
    Maybe try another device for the asian view problem.

    You can try to check sections like Soccer or Esports, go to there, click the refresh button about 2 times and watch 95% of the matches disappear LOL

    cannot access asian view and bets not accepted at this time...

    Same on my pc. I tried to change all browsers, deleted cookies, restarted, nothing helped.

    Odds, after refreshing manually (clicking on the refresh button) disappearing randomly as they like...

    Terrible.

    Today even I could not log in , some error appeared, telling I should do something with some DNS setting.

    I googled and I did - it helped that I could log in, but the main problem (disappearing of odds) persists.

    I wanted to email them, but they would (as usually) ask me 10 questions first ,rather than to say: "yes, the problem

    is on our side and we are working on it...

    Had same issue, very annoying. To get around it I kept alternating between "live" and "today" on the menu, which is similar to pressing refresh. Glad their on the case though.

    Asked them how long this problem will be fix and this is their reply: "We are still investigating the details and our appropriate department is working on it, however, we are afraid that it might take time and unfortunately, we do not have estimated time frame when the issue will be resolved."

    Did they cut their IT department due to COVID? The entire Asian view has been unsable for 3 days.

    After 8-9 days, it seems it is working again ?

    Will you (those who had same problem with disappearing odds when using Asian view) confirm, please ?

    Or did I do anything in my pc (I am not aware of anything special) and I do not know what exactly ?
