    bookmaker.eu wrong grade esoccer match yesterday

    Paris Saint-Germain (Skromnuy) vs Real Madrid (Laikingdast) played each other 2 times yesterday 1 hour apart

    the first game occurred at a start time of 14:00 pacific time (15:00 costa rica time) and the score was:


    Real Madrid (Laikingdast) 2 and Paris Saint-Germain (Skromnuy) 1


    The actual game for the ticket graded wrong was for the game that had a start time of 15:00 pacific time (16:00 costa rica time)


    ticket stamp shows i placed the bet at 14:51 pacific time (15:51 costa rica time)


    Paris Saint-Germain (Skromnuy) 3 and Real Madrid (Laikingdast) 1

    the wrong grade was based on a game that had already occurred with a start time of 1 hour before the 2nd matchup started


    i picked psg (skromnuy) and they are using the result from the first game incorrectly

    what can i do if they don't end up fixing this incorrectly graded wager guys? They have made some incorrect grades during this corona virus situation in between march and now but they have always corrected it on the same day so this is a first for me.

    You are welcome to send in a Sportsbook Complaint form and we can ask a manger to review if needed.

    But it sounds like it will be fixed anyway based on what you say.

    you can never be so sure that stuff gets fixed no matter how good a rep a place like bookmaker has especially with all these confusing video games with different start times, etc

    bookmaker has been extremely excellent when posting the correct start times, i have never caught an error with all the esports that i have come across

    thank you for the sportsbook complaint form, i'll go with it by tomorrow if it isn't fixed by today

    got this email about an hour ago and i see no adjustments all on the bet plus the email says they have found an inconsistency? and an adjusted outcome was made on this wager? i see no changes from the original grade yesterday so i went ahead and submitted the complaint form
