BOVADA has suspended all CS support via phone until further notice!!!
Had an issue last night after winning a Texas Hold Em tournament and got ABSOLUTELY NO HELP via Live Chat or in their community from the moderators who evidently weren't available even though their profiles said they were so I decided to call CS #...............Surprised to get a recorded message that said NO CS agents were available as of March 25th, 2020 due to the #coronavirus
My concern is if that's the case then why do they fly that blue banner on the Homepage that says "amidst COVID-19, our decades of experience has allowed us to maintain onsite operations, including fast wager and withdrawal procesing while ensuring our CUSTOMER SERVICE remains world-class"
I dealt with an agent in Live Chat for nearly an hour trying to get my question/concerns answered only to be left scratching my head b/c he knew less than I did!!!
Bovada and any other sportsbook that flies a banner that is 100% FALSE needs its grade dropped on SBR regardless of #coronavirus
