I know I know you should never play in online casinos but just wanted to tell you guys what I experienced. I never had a problem with heritage in the 10 years I’ve been with them and deposited and withdrew lots of times. Anyways I played in casino 4 days ago and on 3 separate hands when I raised by bed drastically it let me choose if I wanted to hit or stand etc then went to draw dealers cards and froze saying network error please retry or contact customer service. I never got to see Cards delt and when I logged back in the money for hands was gone from my account.

I contacted customer service and sent screen shots and was told they were sent to service provider and to expect update in 24-48 hours.

Emailed today for update and was told there service provider for casino hasn’t responded and they will sent issue to them again.

So long story short stay away from casino. It’s hard enough to win when it actually works properly much less when it malfunctions and your money just disappears.
