    5d payout issues

    Long time listener first time caller!

    l’d like to open this up to thoughts and suggestions to anyone who has dealt with or has experience dealing with this issue.

    I recently tried to cash a BTC withdrawal (less than 2k) at 5d and it was denied because I didn’t reply to the email they sent after the request. I found out they send the follow up emails after WD requests through live chat after reaching out to them after 4 days and no payment.

    The reason I didn’t reply is because you guessed it, I never received it. The rep then proceeded to tell me that they sometimes have problems with @me.com emails which seems suspicious to me (I may be totally wrong about it) since I’ve never had any issues receiving emails to confirm their DBA (device authorization) protocol or deposit confirmations which come from the same @5dimes.com server. I said no problem I’ll change it, how do I do it? The rep then proceeds to tell me the extremely long and teadious procedure just to change an email.

    I would greatly appreciate any advice from anyone who has experience in the best way to proceed. Should I try to WD again and see if the email goes through? Is there a better way to WD? Should I jump through all of their hoops, etc....

    side note:
    i have avoided 5d like the pleague but the price was too good so I finally bit. I mostly use brick and mortar shops or places I know generally make it as easy as possible to WD. BOL, BM and Heritage all no problem BTC WD’s within an hr or two, opinions on if 5d is giving me the two-step runaround are welcome too.

    If you plan to keep betting you can request a book 2 book transfer with bookmaker or heritage.

    Did you get a verification call after the withdrawal request but before the email was supposedly sent? After you get the BTC withdrawal process completed the first time and if you are BTC exclusive it is usually a pretty seamless process, it’s getting the first one done that can be the problem. My previous 3-4 have been under 12 hours each.

    If an @me email address has problems it probably would be sensible to change to a new one.

    But no loss in just trying another withdrawal as it is too if you wish.

    I have played with 5Dimes for many years. They are tedious to get a payout from but they will pay you always. I had to go through the process of switching my address, phone number and e-mail after we moved as well. I'd say just do it now. It's going to be tedious to get your money out from them no matter what strategy you take, so you might as well just take the extra steps to get information "that works" in there for them while you're going through it to begin with. A GMail has always worked for me, no problems.

    Keep in mind you will have to do a phone verification and also confirm the BTC address you're using in yet another e-mail before they will pay you out. Your BTC address can change (esp. using accounts like blockchain.info etc) so make sure you copy + paste that address in a location you can reference because if you can't verify that exact address, they will reject your payout and start you over from the beginning again.

    5D has a great buffet of offerings but because of the tediousness of their withdrawal process compared to other leading offshores I have played with them less year over year. Others will tell you its not that bad and it isn't in the sense that it's manageable but I just wouldn't advise it being your main book right now given the payout nonsense. But just be patient with them, get it set up right and go through the gauntlet the first time, and you'll be fine.

    The verification call comes before the email. And I always get a call if I had to authenticate a new device, even if it’s not new. Seems to happen every 3-4 months. If you go into the cashier and view the payout, sometimes , not all the time, they will place an update with it. It could say “waiting on return verification call” or “sent verification email, waiting on reply”. You can also view the last update time, if the time is changing that means they are looking at the request.

    I am currently attempting my first withdrawal from Sportsbook which I believe is a 5dimes book. I submitted the request. I received an e-mail verifying my request followed by a bit of silence compared to the likes of BOL and Sportsbetting.ag




    • which both move like the wind. This morning I received an e-mail that my payout was on hold due to a missed phone verification call. I did see two missed calls on my phone. I phone in verified the information I had supplied when opening my account confirmed the payout amount and was courteously told to wait for an email that I would need to respond to. It's been two days since my original request and that is where I am.

    First off thanks to everyone for the replies! Got paid today, it took 8 days but got paid. Ok,ok I’ll admit maybe I freaked out prematurely I’ve just never experienced 5dimes seemingly long drawn out procedure before. Thanks again for listening boys and girls!

    I've withdrawn tens of thousands of dollars with 5dimes with no issues, always a little tedious but no problems.

    I am currently in the middle of a high 4-figure withdrawal and the process has changed a little bit and I just wanted to inform everyone.

    This time after requesting a withdrawal, I received an email to call them for the phone verification portion of the process. Generally, they call me and then send the email.

    I called them and completed the phone verification and they said thank you just be sure to respond to the email. The only issue is there has been no email after the phone verification and it's been about 20 hours since I called.

    I called them after about 8 hours from when I did the phone verification and asked where my email was and they said it can take up to 24 hours. I logged into 5dimes to see the status of my payout and now their cashier is down.

    I'll keep you updated. Not worried, but definitely a change from the usual (request payout--get a call from them for verification--get an email from them--get paid).

    Cliffs: Latest 5d Payout went:

    1) I request payout
    2) Get an email from them requiring me to call
    3) I complete call and they said thank you look out for email
    4) No email received 20 hours after phone verification

    Cashier back up, my payout still says "Requested" under status but the timestamp was updated after the phone verification but still haven't received the email.

    Interesting that they’ve changed it up........AGAIN! It’s bad enough that 5Dimes rips you off on every single deposit, whether it’s a few cents or a few dollars it is still ridiculous and petty on 5Dimes part. Now they are screwing with the payout process? The only part of the process that was halfway working? It just proves to me that if 5D can “improve” the payout process this easily, they could’ve FIXED the deposit process a long time ago, they just don’t want to. In fact I’ve noticed my deposits taking longer to get credited, well after 4 confirmations, almost like they’re waiting for the price to dip so they can lift a few dollars from my deposit.
    I logged in yesterday and received the DBA for a device I’ve been using for years, which means I’ll have to do the phone verification again. It’s just isn’t worth it anymore, I’ll take my business elsewhere, depositing is a PITA and withdrawing is a PITA. Fix your shit 5Dimes.

    No shit. Great odds, but it doesn't matter if they screw you out of your money. I only wanted $400 and they denied me because my address was different on my updated drivers license. They wanted a utility bill which pissed me off because when I sent my drivers license last time they also made me include utility bills. If they kept my DL then why not keep the utility bills. Its my same address? Then I have to wait til next Thursday. penetrate that!!! Too many options in Indiana now. I'm done with their cheap ass

    No, their B2B process is surprisingly quick. I requested $5000 be sent to Heritage yesterday, and it was done in about 3 hours. Even better, I actually received the full $5k at Heritage. I've given up on their crooked BTC system.

    What do you think has been changed?

    Unless it happened in the last 24 hours I don't think there has been any change.


    Major updates trigger a new device authentication.

    To not see one in years would be impossible, or near impossible, I think. Unless you have not withdrawn during that time possibly. But even then a major browser version update should trigger it at login I believe.

    I am sure others here will confirm that has been the case for them.

    Just use BOL. They didn’t flinch at a 50k btc payout and paid within 5 hours. No runaround BS. Get email right away with 4 digit code to type in for verification. Can’t get any easier. Plus they have 5 different crypto types so you can do multiple withdraws each day but 1 per coin in a 24 hour period.

I did online chat and the gal was zero help telling my account has to reviewed? Seriously?? Been with them for years. Great way to treat your loyal customers.

    Not a bad idea. But keep in mind that Bookmaker requires a 1x rollover on the B2B deposit before you can withdraw.

    I am on my third attempt to withdraw money. I continue to lack the ability to follow instructions. The last failure included an instruction not included in the instructions. When I noted the direction was not included it was acknowledged and courteously suggested that I make the suggestion that a required instruction be included in the instruction. My appreciation for Betonline and sportsbetting.ag grows with each and every payout at books not using their model. Reward the books that are player-friendly with your business.

    It's not possible for any customer service person (or anyone else in the world) to tell you in advance if your own device has had a software update and will need to be re-verified.

    Plus, it's a 30 second operation to re-confirm the new device anyway.

    Not sure what it is you are imagining is so terrible we are talking about here.

    Have Answered Email to confirm
    Still sitting in pending status
    Get on live chat and they have me re -resend email (I sent it twice previously-1st 5 mins after they sent the email)
    Say I'm good---still sits in pending status



    All hoops cleared and we are moving onto day 4........

    Day 1: 8 am posted payout-sent email verification
    Day 2: I had to resend the email verification bc it apparently didn't get there....(looked and it said no response in pending payouts)
    Day 3: assumed I was all good-checked again with live chat/pending-please resend email--sent again-said I was all good....
    Day 4 Waiting.....

    Guess I'll see what I have to send them now......I've given everything short of my DNA at this point honestly....all for BTC to BTC....
