Hello dear SBR,

Problems with this bookmaker.
I was playing from 2 weeks by them but till now no withdrawal from there.
Yesterday i deposited 4500eur which i have made 10100EUR and wanted to withdraw funds.
They requested documents as neteller document, bank statement and ID,everything was verified, requested withdrawal and at morning saw that my withdrawal have been rejected.
Checked my inbox and they wanted source of funds, which i sent allthough i am student with 2 withdrawals from another bookmakers to me via bank transfer, now they are rejected too.
I don't know what i can make with this bookmaker for sure.

Will be happy if you can solve it for me..

I understand your frustration, but anyways maybe helpful for the future, if you make such a heavy deposit with an ewallet to a betconstruct bookie and - as i assume play value bets - be ready for trouble. a lot of trouble. good luck, i personally made made good experiences with betget.

i never had to, normal identification worked, though it did deposit by bank and only something like 500. i already told you, what i think raised the red flags about you, learn from it and avoid in the future.

Actually it's not a typical BC book. Those books from Vivaro Group (Vbet, STS, Sponso, Betget, Betbull etc) do pay but they have this ridiculous "proof of wealth" procedure as part of their extended KYC, if you exceed a certain amount of total winnings.

I think in the the end you will get paid, it's just an exhausting and time-consuming process. Maybe ask them for the contact details of a supervisor/manager or any other person in charge.

Thanks for your advice. It's true vivaro group pays but as said, this proof of wealth for first time is disgusting to me.
I know the other vbet, sts, betnano, sponso all paid me and proof of wealth was so easy with 1 document.
Today i sent really 12 documents to them and all are rejected.
Their live chat doesnt have clue

Bigger 4 figure deposit, more than doubling it up in one day, and then requesting a payout right after.

In such circumstances even A graded Sportbooks would raise the eyebrows .

Well, the situation which you don't get is: The bookmaker is one of the partners of vivaro limited, maybe the best betconstruct company.
Betget is brandly new website if not wrong as heard them for first time.
The other case is that every document has been provided to them on time but they just keep rejecting my documents allthough other betconstruct bookmakers for ex. accepted them and i could withdraw my money easy.

So the problem there isn't that i didnt provided the documents. The problem is that these mugs don't want to verify them

I think that all Vivaro brands share one and the same KYC staff. So, if you're saying you didn't have any problems before I would say it's rather bad luck that they reject your documents now. Just keep on trying. Did you try to speak to a supervisor? Sometimes that could help pushing things into the right direction, even if they don't let you talk to a manager.

Asked them several times to speak with supervisor or manager but they decline to connect me to them.
As said, from friday waiting again to check the documents but it's in progress.
Guess they will try to win some time.
