    Did anyone else get locked out of their Nitro account after you cleared cookies?

    After I cleared my cookies because the $50,000 Pick 6 Football Contest wouldn't load on here,

    I couldn't log into my Nitrogen account. Did that happen to anyone else who deleted/cleared cookies?

    Well anyway, tonight I finally hit the "create new account" button and it let me right in!


    But now from seeing other threads on here I know they will cheat me if I win and tell me that


    I have "Multiple accounts" LOL So while I was on the site, I sent them this message and I will


    let you know what their reply is!



    Hi my user name is %&*#, I deleted/cleared all my cookies on my computer and it has not let me log back in to Nitro since.

    So I hit the "create new account" button and now I am logged in under a new account named satoshi[##$$^&] I ONLY DID THIS TO GET BACK IN AND TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED! I DO NOT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEN IF I WIN YOU WILL ACCUSE ME OF MULTI ACCOUNTING!!!! THIS IS MY SAME LAPTOP THAT I ALWAYS USE AND I WANT MY OLD ACCOUNT #$%^&*^ to work on here again!

    I will NEVER deposit here again until you tell me this is fixed and I do not have "multi accounts" on here!

    Do you understand that this happened because I cleared my cookies and it wouldn't let me log in anymore? I want my old account ^%$# back and I want this one deleted!


    please reply and tell me you have fixed this.

    Now look y'all, a few goofballs will clutter the thread with trolling spam. I wish SBR would do something about it,

    But they don't! So just ignore the few children playing troll/spam games on here, and we adults will discuss this! Thanks!

    Update: After several emails where they wanted to know my last deposits and bets,

    After I verified those things, they fixed it and I was able to log back in! Good customer service through e-mail.

    However, since I did hit the "open new account" button, I don't know if I will deposit there again or not.

    Because lately, several people have made threads on SBR about Nitro stealing their money and
    pulling that

    "multiple account" horse shit on them out of the blue! I emailed them about it, and I'll never deposit until

    I get a reply telling me that they aren't going to pull that shit on me. Then I'll have to trust that they won't do it anyway!

    I've told you several times if you explain to them your situation you will be fine. Nitrogen is not out to steal your $100 winnings. If you are so paranoid about playing at legit offshore books then why do you?

    to steal people's money! Go read the recent threads before you make a reply about what you don't know yet!

    Nitro isn't giving people their winnings back simply because somebody "explained their situation" to them!

    They are telling people that they had multiple accounts and stealing their money and NOT accepting any "explanations"

    by the player to the contrary! Please go read these new threads before you make a reply!

    I got locked out of my account about 2 hours ago. Ive been a member at nitro for at least 3 years, they canceled my payout and send a ticket stating my account was under security review and state my relation to xxxxxx account and xxxxxx account. I have 0 affiliation with any accounts on the site. I created this account to warn others of Nitrogen ways. I will update once I get a response.

    You are just warning people about their good security.

    We've seen this plenty of times before and if you know you have done nothing wrong, then don't worry, they will just verify you and fix it.

    I do. Plenty of people have made a similar post to yours in the past when asked to explain an account connection. It feels like being accused of something. But in just about every case it has worked out fine.

    In the past Nitrogen has stated that it may be a good idea to write down a bitcoin deposit and withdrawal address used in the past in case you clear cookies with an account attached to a computer.

    LOL Post #9 in this thread is one! I Forgot that they are also starting to ask people about their "relationship"

    with other accounts, when people have no idea who owns the other accounts!


    Also I have already stated before that I can only play at Nitrogen so if I win I can

    get a payout immediately and receive it a few hours later! I can't play somewhere that doesn't pay or take the

    money out for a day or two, or I will probably go gamble it in the casino and I might lose it all.

    At least I can admit it! LOL It is Nitro or nothing for me because of that reason!

    What am I missing, what do cookies have to do with using your login ? you never set one up ? a user name and password? if not why not?

    I truly hate what they did for you... because it is a huge flaw in their security. Its very easy to sit n chat and learn what people are betting due to their posting bet slips, not realizing they are sharing info that can be used for someone to gain access to their account in the same manner you just recovered yours

    There was a big rash of these hacks at nitrogen last year doing this exact thing, and thats when they forced everyone to start using 2FA

    But they are right back to this. Not good.

    Optional can answer this better. After I deleted my cookies their website did not recognize my computer anymore

    and when I put my username and password in it would not let me into the site. The "wheel" would just spin

    around and around but never load up and let me in. The only thing I can figure out was about the cookies.

    But here is their email reply, If somebody knows all this about an account, then they can probably get

    help with accessing it!!



    "In order to assist you with retrieving your account’s login info, please help us by answering the following security questions:

    -What is the current balance in your account?
    -What was the amount of your most recent deposit? When did you make it?
    -What is the wallet address to which you made your last deposit?
    -Have you requested any payouts recently? If so, in what amount and when?
    -Did you register an email address to your account?
    -What were your most recent sports bets made on? For how much? (approximation?)"





    If somebody knows all that about your account, and it isn't you, then it is because you told them! LOL
