William Hill Stole 2keu initial deposit

I deposited 2keu. They told me I needed to verify my account. They then locked my account. 0 Wagers placed. I might have logged in twice.

They asked me to send in these documents:

Passport, me holding my passport (done twice)

Account Number written on a piece of paper while I hold it. (they locked my account so I have no way to find out my account number. I have mentioned this several times and they ignore me).

Proof of Address (sent in) but then it needs to be me holding it

Proof of ownership Skrill account used for Deposit including proof of the bank deposit to that Skrill account. (I havent deposited on Skrill from my bank account in years. It gets washed around Sportsbooks and Poker sites as needed. I have explained this to them several times to get the same stupid auto response email over and over.)

It appears to me they are not reading my emails. It appears to me they are just going to steal my 2keu.

    WTF Now?

Whill is becoming rogue, although they do get hit with multi accounters and fraudsters so sort of understand their caution when Ewallets are used.

All UK regulated books are getting over the top with KYC.

At the direction of the UK Gambling Commission.

The best thing UK players can do is complain directly to the UKGC about the extent of KYC and hopefully weight of numbers will help them see sense one day.

Try emailing them to review the situation. I think they're paranoid about where money is coming from after getting fined https://www.theguardian.com/business...ing-commission

I sent everything William Hill requested several times and still the refuse to verify my account or give my money back. I contacted the 2nd opinion and not much help.

Until then I would just say that William Hill is a SCAM!

Is there a gaming board or something I can report them to?

You can tell their licencor, the UK Gambling Commission, what you think about the process here: info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk

But you will need to ask https://www.ibas-uk.com to actually review your claim.

What did the second opinion team say? Did they tell you they were still working on it or not at least?

I sen them an email, then I got an email from the original verification group. THEN 2nd opinion responded basically they were working on it and I needed to provide these documents. I explained that I had already sent all of that in several times and they have not responded.

And thank you. I will definitely be sending emails to those people today.

IBAS worked like a charm. I filed a claim yesterday and today the money was refunded. Thank you everyone in here and stay away from William Hill imo.

I just checked and they ****** me on the euro to dollar conversion by about 200usd in total. $100usd each transaction. I checked the conversion rates of today and the day I made the deposit so yea, penetrate those scummy pieces of shit.
